Shipping:
We are currently shipping to the continental United States only. However, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada will be available soon. In the future, we also plan to add international shipping.

All products are shipped UPS Ground and take 8 to 10 business days to arrive.

Shipping Damages:
Upon receipt of your shipment, please open each box and inspect the merchandise before accepting the delivery. If you discover any damages, please be certain to notate the damage on the shippers copy of the freight bill AND refuse delivery. Once this has been done, please contact us within 2 business days and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

If you accept a damaged shipment without inspecting it, be sure to keep all packaging* and email us within 3 days describing the specific damage with supporting pictures of the damage. We will then proceed with the appropriate correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped to you. If the damage is beyond repair, we will file a claim with UPS and ship a replacement product to you.

* If the original packaging is discarded prior to UPS inspection, or damaged items are shipped back to the warehouse by the customer without recording the damage on the freight bill or without a "Return Authorization Form" (see Returns), we reserve the right to withhold replacements until the replacement costs are satisfied by the customer.

Should a customer decide to cancel the order for a refund due to damages, the customer will be responsible for returning the shipment as outlined in our Returns Policy below. 

Returns:
If you change your mind about your purchase, or for any reason need to return it, please email us within 13 days for a Return Authorization Form. We will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return and refund you the purchase price, less shipping.

Returns for refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee and must be received by the warehouse in the original packaging in new, undamaged condition. A return for refund does not come under our Warranty conditions below. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Replacement:
The products we sell are guaranteed to satisfy. If you receive a defective item, we will, at our discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 13 days of purchase. The customer must contact us by email with supporting pictures of the defective item or part. Our warranty covers only the replacement of the defective item or part, not a refund of the purchase price.

Should a customer decide to cancel the order for a refund, the customer will be responsible for returning the shipment as outlined in our Returns Policy above.

In order to process your Exchange or Refund in a timely manner, do the following:

• Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing us within 13 days with the following information:
  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Telephone Number
  • Item Returning
  • Reason for the Return
  • Return for refund or replacement?
  • Number of packages
• After receiving your Return Authorization form, attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
• In the "Value for customs purposes" on the waybill, please fill in $10.00. This is also the remission value for products being returned to the original shipper. Any shipments returned without this documentation may result in additional fees being deducted from the refund amount.
• Repackage and ship back to the warehouse through the shipping method of your choice. All returns must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Form and must be shipped prepaid to the warehouse.
• If returning for an exchange, we will ship a replacement to you at no cost.
• Email us the Tracking Number for the return shipment. No refund will be issued until the Tracking Number has been received.
